Allas Member 12 month membership terms and conditions

Version 1.0 - Effective from 2026-09-15
1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The provisions contained in these customer agreement terms constitute the terms and conditions governing transactions between the customer and Allas Pool, hereinafter also referred to as the Service Provider. By making a payment for our services, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them. The agreement enters into force when the customer has made the first payment. The Service Provider will notify customers of any changes to these terms before such changes take effect.

2. Membership Wristband Is Personal
Membership granting access to swimming and wellness services is loaded onto a wristband at Allas Pool ticket sales. The wristband allows access through the access control system directly to the changing rooms without the need to visit the ticket desk separately.

A €5 wristband fee will be charged at the cashier if the customer does not already possess an Allas Pool silicone wristband.

Membership is personal and may not be transferred to another person. Staff have the right to verify that the membership being used belongs to the customer. In cases of misuse, staff have the right to remove the customer from the Allas Pool premises and cancel the membership. Misuse may also result in a temporary ban from the premises. Membership fees will not be refunded in cases of misuse.

3. Validity Period
Membership begins on the purchase date and remains valid at least until the end of the commitment period (12 months). Monthly billing continues at the same rate after the initial period. Membership pricing is based on Allas Pool’s current price list. Any price increase for annual memberships will only take effect after the commitment period (12 months) has ended.

The customer activates their credit or debit card on the purchase date, at which time the membership becomes active for the agreed period. Missing payment card information on the account will prevent access to Allas Pool.

4. Membership Payment Commitment
The customer purchases their chosen membership product and commits to paying the monthly membership fee throughout the agreement period (12 months). Membership is paid through recurring monthly direct debit charges. For memberships purchased through the online store, recurring billing is automatically activated on the payment card selected by the customer. The first month of membership is always charged to the selected payment card.

Thereafter, membership payments may also be made at the Allas Shop cashier using employee benefits vouchers and cards. In such cases, payment must be made well in advance of the next billing date. Regardless of the payment method used, direct debit must remain activated on the membership account as verification.

The membership fee is determined according to the membership term and the current price list. After the 12‑month agreement period, the membership continues as an ongoing agreement with a one-month notice period for cancellation.

If the member’s payment card cannot be charged for any reason, the wristband will cease to function.

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate any membership for which recurring monthly payments cannot be verified. Membership can be cancelled through the Allas app.

When activating payment card details, the Nets service will charge a €1 verification fee to the card.

5. Membership Benefits
  • Unlimited access to pools and saunas during opening hours
  • 10% discount on courses and Allas Live tickets
  • Seasonally changing weekly programme for members
  • Complimentary use of an aqua jogging belt during visits
  • Member evenings and special events
  • Allas Pool newsletters
  • Changing benefits available through the Allas app
  • Membership may be frozen for up to one month per calendar year. A freeze during the initial 12‑month commitment period extends the commitment period by the corresponding length of the freeze.

6. Allas App
In the Allas app, you can view and manage your user information, bookings, and membership. Use the same email address for login that is associated with your user account. If you have not logged in before, select “Forgot your password?” during the login process. The system will send a link to your email address, allowing you to create a new password. You may use this password for future logins.

7. Membership Cancellation
Membership must be cancelled through the Allas app. The notice period for cancellation is one month.

8. Payment Methods
Nets collects the IP address, payment method, and payment timestamp in connection with payment transactions.

At Allas Pool ticket sales, accepted payment methods include cash (euros), debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, gift cards, Smartum exercise vouchers, Smartum exercise and culture vouchers, Edenred Virike vouchers, and ePassi. Employee exercise benefits may only be used to pay for your personal sports and exercise services. Exercise benefits and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash refunds will be issued for them.

If a member fails to pay the membership fee by the due date, the member is liable to pay default interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act (633/1982, as amended), Section 4. In addition, the Service Provider may charge any collection costs incurred due to overdue membership payments.

9. Public Holidays, Exceptional Days and Maintenance Closures
We do not provide compensation for public holidays or individual exceptional days during which Allas Pool is closed. Opening days and schedules will be announced in advance on our website, through member newsletters, and in the Allas app.

For maintenance closures and similar interruptions lasting longer than one week, the duration of the interruption will be added to season pass memberships if the service cannot be used during the closure. The compensated period will be added to the wristband at ticket sales on the first visit after the interruption.

10. Lost Wristbands
If your wristband is lost, please notify Allas Pool customer service immediately. We can deactivate the lost wristband and transfer the associated services to a new wristband. A replacement wristband costs €5.

11. Illness, Relocation, Changes to Purchases and Refunds
Membership may be frozen during extended illnesses lasting more than five days, provided that the membership holder presents a medical certificate confirming the sick leave. All requests for changes or exchanges of purchased services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be provided if the service was paid for using employee exercise vouchers or any other employer-provided benefit.

12. Offers
Offers cannot be combined. Percentage discounts or fixed-amount discounts apply only to regularly priced services and do not apply to discounted category pricing or services already on sale. Seasonal services, campaigns, and promotional offers may have their own terms of sale or validity periods in addition to these customer agreement terms.

13. Complaints
For complaints, please contact us by email at: esimiehet@allaspool.fi

In all complaint and dispute situations, Finnish law shall apply.

14. Age Restrictions
Membership may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or older. Minors may purchase multi-visit passes and 30‑day monthly passes.

Helsinki Allas Oy reserves the right to amend these membership terms.
